Thank you for this. I thought I was dying or losing mind -quite literallly. I'm just frozen I realize. I know exactly why - but it amazes me that I can't use the crazy situation I'm in in some creative way. Totally overwhelming and the result is this it appears. Silence inside like I lost part of myself. Good to know I didn't but that it's just overwhelmed.
