If you appreciate what Create Me Free has to offer but want less “noise” from constant notifications about new posts, then you’ll hopefully be glad to know that I’ve created the option to simply receive one monthly digest.

Change Your Settings To See What You Want!

I’ve always tried to make it easy to receive only what you want from Create Me Free, as I believe it is important for each of us to have more control about how to personalize our experiences on all online platforms. Here’s how you do that here:

1. Go to the Create Me Free home page while signed in to Substack.

2. Click on your profile image in the top right corner and select “manage subscription.” It looks like this:

3. This will take you to a whole bunch of notifications that you can turn on and off. For example, if you only want to receive Interviews, then leave those on and toggle the rest off. If you want to see everything, make sure Create Me Free is toggled on. If you want to go down to just a single monthly recap, turn off everything except Monthly Recaps!

I hope that this option makes the Create Me Free experience more pleasurable for those people who love the work but don’t want to be inundated by it, preferring to take it in throughout the month following publication at your leisure.
