This is fascinating. I’m going to look at my piles of craft stuff in a new light. I have projects I’m making, projects I haven’t had a chance to start, and projects that didn’t quite work out but I’m not ready to let go. If a yarn project doesn’t work I’ll tear it out, but keep the materials together, maybe hoping I can make it at a later date? 🤔

Some of the very best artists in the world have messy studios. Have you seen Rose Wylie's?! My creative juices can't run wild when all my materials are tucked away in drawers, I need to see and touch them.

I forget the author but some decluttering author talks about four different types of people: butterflies, bees, I forget the others, but the point is that some people thrive with all of their stuff tucked away, others thrive if it's out but in organized piles and others thrive in the spread out mess. We aren't all the same! So let's do what's right for us!
