I needed to hear this--not just as a writer, but also as a reader who is overwhelmed with the amount of reading I want to do but just can't because I'm a finite human being.
Yes! I tend to want to read everything from start to finish but it’s impossible so I try to trust that what’s meant to find me does and it’s okay to release the rest

I also have often used public writing - blogs and social media - as a way to record life for myself with the bonus that it might connect to others.
