It’s too funny- I just found your account through an interview you reposted with me and I also just went on Sunday to see the Leonora Carrington exhibit at Brandeis.
This was the first I have heard about her and I am so intrigued. Art is such a powerful tool to release trauma, it is crazy that our " modern medicine" doesn't celebrate it over pills. Great piece!
Leonora Carrington has always been one of my favorite artists, along with Remedios Varo.
