Feeling Creatively Unwell Lately? You have the answer inside you ...
Discounted January-only pricing on Creative Health Cartography to help you understand how art meets health for you and reduce the blocks that are challenging you.
There’s something about the start of a new year that invites us to look at ourselves more honestly. Not in a resolution way, not in a “fix what’s broken” way, but in a “what’s actually going on here” way.
For creatives especially, January can bring up questions: Why do I keep getting stuck in the same places? Why does my creativity ebb and flow the way it does? What’s the relationship between how I’m feeling and what I’m making?
These are the questions I’ve spent 20 years exploring. And this month, I’m launching something I’ve been developing for a long time: Creative Health Mapping. It builds on the feedback I received last year on my Creative Health Blueprints and offers a more comprehensive, and yet simultaneously simpler, way to understand the interplay of art and health in your own life.
Creative Health Cartography is a framework for understanding how your health (physical, emotional, mental, financial, relational, situational) shapes your creative work.
What’s a Creative Health Map?
I look at your writing or interview responses and map the patterns of how health and creativity intersect across six domains: your process, your medium, your content, your productivity, your identity, and your sustainability.
You receive a written Creative Health Map (5-6 pages grounded in quotes from your own words), a visual map of your creative health landscape, and a Creative Health Orientation conversation where we walk through the findings together.

If you’ve been curious about what I might see in your creative patterns, this is a good time to find out.
If you have any blocks or concerns about how your health and energy are impacting your creativity, I’d love to help.
Kathryn
