Dancing with Crochet needles. Your book Crochet Saved My Life, is a good read. I am a knitter, and use it to fight depression too. Just use what talent you have and don’t stop movement. remember you can overcome depression, through movement. Whether you crochet, knit, paint or musically talented.

Once a friend said this to me; “If you moved your body, gifted your gifts (your talents), shared yourself with others, then this movement will override you dwelling on yourself”. I leave you with that thought…. Of movement and go buy some crocheting or knitting needles, and read Kathryn’s book.
