Thank you. I believe in the root of the word curate: to care for/ take care of ... I try to take care of other people's words and ideas as I put them together into a collection each week.

Maybe marinating ideas doesn’t always work. Maybe we have to treat them more like sourdough starter. Take them out of the fridge, throw a bit away, add some fresh flour, stir, and put it back in the fridge. In a couple weeks that story starter is good and active, ready to bake up a narrative loaf.
