Kathryn, I answered the "Do you typically work on one creative piece at a time or multiple pieces?" question, but it's complicated for me, too. I do like to focus on one piece at a time, but there are moments when I need to have a backup place for creativity, so if I hit a block, I can move somewhere else. Generally speaking, I prefer to scratch my OCD itch by really focusing on one thing at a time, though.
Thank you for mentioning me, Kathryn, much appreciated. I love reading your compilations, time permitting! in answer to your poll, I find that my writing routine has changed almost entirely since starting on Substack: I used to write lengthy poetic prose, which I would rework, revisit for years and not share really. I now seem to mostly write haikus, often only a few days prior to publication. I like the freedom that change affords me, and I know that joining this platform has directly-and continues to, naturally!- inspired playing with form and sharing more easily.
Thank you so much for including me here. I am honored. 😊♥️
Your work inspires!

As always so many great reads here Kathryn! I am looking forward to checking some out. As to the poll, I usually always have many balls in the air!
Lovely round up Kathryn. And I so love that idea of children reading to cats 😻❤️
