I know it me but at same time, it’s like reading someone else words 😅 no need to say that getting out of shell was not easy for this one ( had to work with the “who do you think you are ? Victoria beckham?” In my head ) but I did it to help anyone who might deal with the same things ! Thanks Kathryn for sharing my words and giving a voice to so many people ❤️❤️
I've been journaling for 14 years, and I find handwritten personal stories incredibly beautiful. There's a certain degree of intimacy in seeing the way someone's handwriting slants or how their characters loop. The anxiety attack chart especially resonated with me. Thanks for creating this safe space where artists can share about their mental health journey. :)
The visual elements are really neat!
Thank you Adam
Any time, Lilith!
brillant
I didn’t realize you were here on Substack! I’ll go in this week and make sure to tag you in your interview if you’d like?

I am so glad that you opened up and shared. I truly believe it helps people. Thank you.
Wonderful set of responses.... love this: “I am creating worlds where I can hide.”
Thank you Amy :)

I have so loved seeing people's responses in images and how we often relate to that in a way that is different from straightforward typed responses!
