That's an incredibly insightful use of AI to reflect on the themes emerging in your writing, and it's fascinating how well it captures the essence of your work on Create Me Free. The way you're integrating technology to enhance your understanding and communication of complex topics like mental health and creativity is truly innovative. It sounds like your platform is not only a resource but a sanctuary for those looking to explore the healing aspects of creativity. How has the feedback from your community influenced the direction of your content?

That's a great question. I spent well over a decade researching crochet as therapy. It was through hearing about a few difficulties from people in that research - specifically how sometimes OCD would create problems with crochet - that I began to be interested in the more complex nuances of how mental health impacts creativity (neither bad nor good, just in what ways). So that helped broaden my research a bit.

Also, I've learned that some people find it really difficult to answer interview questions in words so I started doing visual interviews which has been another shift.
