Diving Deep Into The Crevices Where Art Meets Psychology
An exploration of what a few dozen creatives have said about the nuanced relationship between creativity and mental health
I work with artists/writers/creatives to help them understand the relationship of health to creativity in their own lives in order to achieve holistic wellness and success.
I write about the ways in which art and psychology intersect. Over time, I’ve come to think about this big topic in the framework above. It’s not perfect but it gives me a way to better understand, consider, discuss the many complexities of the reciprocal relationship between creativity and mental health.
